Our margins may also make it intriguing to transfer some existing staff so expenses are accrued differently.
· All employee related decisions are handled by Kinetic Solutions—The only decision that the customer needs to make is the decision to bring in more employees or release employees. After that decision is made, Kinetic Solutions takes care of the rest.

If a reduction in staff is required do to economic times or contract cuts, we save the hardship of layoffs and packages. This one benefit is possibly worth the price of a contract alone.
· Kinetic Solutions employees easily integrate with the workforce in place.—In most cases, Kinetic Solutions Staff fit in seamlessly and production increases with substantial monetary savings to the customer.
· If lack of space for clerical employees is an issue, we’ve got that covered as well—We are able to accept work to be completed off premise. This is typically done with drafting and design work, but we can make arrangements for all of our customers, if needed.
